MY STORY
Tiphanie Baum, a dedicated mother of two boys, is committed to demonstrating the values of hard work and goal-setting to her sons. Based in Los Angeles, Tiphanie has been a distinguished hair stylist since 2004.
Throughout her career, Tiphanie has worked with a variety of product lines. In the salon, she uses Wella, Redken, Matrix, and Pulp Riot hair colors. On-set, she prefers styling products from Giovanni, Milbon, Living Proof, R&CO, Kerastase, and Oribe, and relies on styling tools from Croc, Babyliss Pro, and Enzo Milano.
Tiphanie’s recent work is primarily focused on Film and Television. She has been an integral part of the hair teams for shows like Dancing with the Stars, Shining Vale, The Book of Boba Fett, and Night Court. As a Key Hairstylist, she has worked on Mommy I Didn’t Do It, Where’s the Money, The Starling, Warped, and Shining Vale. Her work on the Nickelodeon show Warped earned her an Emmy nomination at the Children and Family Emmy Awards. Additionally, she won the MUAH Guild Award for Best Hairstyling for her work on the American Horror Stories: Dollhouse promo.
Tiphanie is also passionate about sharing her experiences through a day-in-the-life blog on her social media accounts. She believes in the importance of having multiple income streams and leveraging creativity online. Currently, she collaborates with product companies to showcase their brands through her engaging content creations.
Her naturally artistic eye has been honed through a combination of in-salon training, continuing education, and hands-on experience. Tiphanie has refined her craft through diverse avenues, including designing for theater, a specialized 6-week synthetic wig course at Disneyland, and on-set work. She continues to advance her skills by taking courses from top industry leaders like Camille Friend’s Hair Scholars and Natalie Driscoll’s Lace Wig Courses.
Currently, Tiphanie creates custom-built large-structure wigs for prominent productions such as Cirque Berzerk, LA Follies, and Insomniacs Productions. Her work is showcased internationally at events like Electric Daisy Carnival, spanning locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, India, China, Japan, and Brazil.
